Vacancy Details

• Post Name: School Lecturer (Grade I Teacher)

• The vacancies are distributed across 27 subjects, including Hindi, English, Sanskrit, History, Political Science, Geography, Commerce, and various others.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject from a UGC-recognized university. They must also have a degree or diploma in education (B.Ed. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

• Age Criteria: The minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum is 40 years as of January 1, 2026. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

Selection Process

             The selection process for the RPSC School Lecturer vacancy consists of the following stages:

1.     Written Examination: The exam will have two papers with a total of 450 marks and a negative marking of 1/3rd for each incorrect answer.

2.      Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for document verification.

3.      Final Merit List: A final merit list will be prepared based on the performance of candidates.
